I'm sorry to be absent from blogland so often, but life is just so busy. We just finished soccer season, but are preparing for basketball season to begin. In the beginning of October, we took a much-needed and much-enjoyed family vacation. We hadn't taken a family vacation, (just us), in eleven or twelve years.
We went to Florence, Kentucky. We visited the Creation Museum for two days -- one day in the museum and one day out in the botanical garden and petting zoo and then shopping in the bookstore. We also spent a day at the Cincinnati Zoo. It was a large zoo. We thoroughly enjoyed the many different animals we saw there. Some gibbons seemed to give us a performance in the morning. We got to see some animals we had never seen before, like the manatees. I got lots of great photos.
I just began my own business -- Barr Photography! I have an online Etsy shop located here, where I am selling photos I have taken. I will be adding new photos at least once a week. I hope to also add photo notecards soon. I also have a business page on facebook, so stop by and "like" my business. Please check out my Etsy shop and tell your friends about it.
